The role of fungi in restoration

 Workshop

at

Maleny

Sat 10 May 2014

Fran Guard will be leading this fascinating workshop on the role of fungi in the restoration of your local bush. She will look at what fungi hang out on weeds such as privet, through to those that will help your regenerating natives and the ones that do the important nutrient recycling in the forest.

Bring along your own fungus and find out what its role is in its local habitat. Fran has contributed to the soon to be released field guide –Australian Sub-tropical Fungi, which will be available for purchase.  Morning tea provided.
